The Bushido II JR GTX from La Sportiva is a children's trail running shoe designed to accompany the little ones on their runs and outdoor adventures, ensuring maximum waterproofness, support, and protection on all types of mountain terrain. This junior version of the iconic adult model is perfect for trail running and mountain running thanks to the waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX Extended Comfort membrane, which keeps feet dry in any weather condition. The upper is made of breathable mesh fabric with thermoplastic film reinforcements and thermoplastic polyurethane applications to ensure excellent shock protection and great durability over time, all with an eye towards the environment thanks to the PFC-free upper and the mesh fabric made from recycled material. Comfort and cushioning are guaranteed by the compression EVA midsole that absorbs impacts and the ergonomic Ortholite Hybrid Kids insole, which is also focused on sustainability. The fit is precise, with a sole height of 19 mm at the heel and 16 mm at the forefoot, resulting in a 3 mm drop. Safety on the trails is ensured by the high-durability FriXion Blue rubber sole, equipped with 3.5 mm lugs and the Impact Brake System technology, which increases traction on ascents and improves braking on descents by absorbing shocks. The practical quick-lace system allows children to easily and quickly put on the shoe, using laces made from 100% recycled material for a technical, safe, and eco-friendly product.
