Designed for backpacking and climbing the Patagonia women's Calcite Pants use lightweight and and packable two-and-a-half layer GORE-TEX Paclite® Plus fabric technology, with a recycled polyester face fabric to keep you dry in summer thunderstorms to full winter conditions above the treeline. When the weather warms up the textured backer stays comfortable next to your skin. The waist secures with a zipper fly and a snap buckle, integrated, adjustable belt. Articulated knees provide excellent mobility. Watertight two-way side zips extend from the hip to ankle to easily fit over alpine boots and to vent heat. Cuffs are reinforced with scuff guards and tie-down loops allows you to attach an under the heel cord to your alpine boots. Fair trade certified sewn, the people who make these Calcites earn a premium for their labour.
